Details on our pricing adjustments beginning February 1st 2025

For the past eight years, MirageID has maintained the same pricing, even as operational costs have risen. To continue delivering the quality and service you expect—and to support the development of additional features that you, our users, have requested—this adjustment is necessary.

What’s Changing:

We’re introducing a new pricing model which involves increased pricing for our Identities but also adds a Monthly Commitment option, designed to cushion the increase, by allowing you to save 25% or more compared to our current “Daily pricing” approach.

Starting with this change, you will have the following options:

  • No-Commitment Option: Daily pricing. This has been our pricing model until now, and will continue to be available. With this option charges accrue daily and are invoiced at the end of the month.

  • Monthly Commitment Option: Monthly pricing. This is a new option. By committing to retain an Identity for the full month and paying upfront, you will save 25% or more, over the daily pricing option.

Additionally, we are modifying our pricing for additional Users on your MirageID account. Historically, the Business Tier option has included up to 10 additional Users at no cost with your Identities. Moving forward we will be applying a charge for each additional User. Please see the pricing table below for more details.
